Patriotic Efforts

National Mutual Benefit branches are involved in numerous programs to instill in Americans of all ages, a deeper respect for our country by:

• Donating U.S. flags to community nonprofit organizations such as scout troops, nursing homes, and city services like police and fire departments
• Donating U.S. flags to newly-built schools
• Donating U.S. flags to schools to promote "An American Flag in Every Classroom"
• Providing hand-held U.S. flags for parades and children's programs
• Organizing annual Flag Day ceremonies on June 14, National Flag Day
• Providing educational materials about the history of Flag Day
• Providing educational materials on U.S. flag etiquette.
